Pyrosteel Pty Ltd was established in 1997 as a 50/50 joint venture between Durachrome and CMC Australia. As of July 2007 Durachrome Holdings Pty Ltd holds 73% of the company shares with the remaining 27% being held by The Brennan Family Trust.
